Wpf binding not updating textbox

I'm new in c# UWP development and I'm trying to change the value of a Text Block in runtime, but the binding does not work properly.

I'm binding the text property of the Text Block in XAML to a property on a View Model with INotify Property Changed, and the value changes every 10 seconds.

I don't know if it's the correct way to do it, can someone help me? this is the View Model code In UWP unlike silver light and WPF the default binding is One time for performance reasons.

The Binding only takes place once as the application starts up. Run Async I also changed the view to use x:binding.

In the previous article we saw how changes in a Text Box was not immediately sent back to the source.

Text property has a default Update Source Trigger value of Lost Focus. You can refer to the samples cited in this topic for more information. In addition, you can look at Implement Property Change Notification.I am having a binding issue I wasn't able to figure out for the past two days.I have thoroughly went through most of the relevant threads on SO, and I still wasn't able to pinpoint where my error lies.
